The story Of beans to fabulous fine chocolate starts when cocoa beans are hand selected and then roasted with the right technique in order to ensure that your palate feels sympathy of flavors that only fine chocolate can give.
We make our chocolate in the traditional way sterilizing.
The light heat triggers the chemical reaction causing chocolate flavor to be enhanced but at the same time preserving all the amazing flavors of cocoa.
We grind our chocolate for a long time to make it smooth, we use minimal additional ingredients so that the cocoa beans sing-out, something to add sweetness (organic sugar, coconut sugar or alternative sugar) upon the request.
For milk chocolate we just add organic milk for the ingredients above.
We only work with fine chocolate made with pure cocoa butter (no vegetable fat) which has no place in fine chocolate.
It doesn’t contain soya emulsifier, gluten free and also vegan.
